Gibraltar International Airport

Gibraltar International Airport‘s (GIB) new terminal went operational on the 25th September 2012 and retail and F&B operations at the terminal were powered by CA+.

Sales at the terminal are handled using CA+ POS which is integrated into CA+, allowing the terminal operators to implement better controls and to better understand the retail and food and beverage sales with a view to working with the concessionaire retailers to boost their performance.

Gibraltar has implemented a complete retail platform, with both the point-of-sale operations of each of its 16 retail concessions as well as a centralised data warehouse and business intelligence platform for the airport’s management. Retailers will be able to report and analyse their performance as well as upload and download data from their own inventory systems through an integrated platform.
