Ray Viggiano is the Assistant Manager of Customer Service Delivery at The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in charge of facilitating world-class service through implementation of technologies, pilots, and programs and support of customer experience with monitoring feedback, wait times and quality assurance standards at the New York area airports. Ray has experience in Terminal Operations where he has been involved in resource management programs, installation of biometric exit, and use of RFID baggage tracking, all of this to be a World-class operator of world-class airports.
